1. Service Agreement
You authorize our team to access your property to perform the agreed-upon cleaning services during the scheduled appointment window.
2. Property Condition and Liability
While we take the utmost care in protecting your property, Huffman Pressure Washing is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loose, oxidized, or chipped paint.
- Improperly installed or degraded siding.
- Failing seals around windows and doors.
Note: Please ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed before our arrival.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept standard payment methods as detailed on your final invoice.
4. Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our routing and scheduling accordingly.
